    This book explains so much and provides so many answers, similar in that way to Dr Tuttle's ground-breaking book, The World Peace Diet, Eating for Spiritual Health & Social Harmony. This compact book is easy to read and you learn so much. This is information I don't find elsewhere! Dr. Tuttle is extremely knowledgeable and speaks from experience. I love listening. He is a great leader, always inspiring. The references are also great new information for me, even as a follower and student of Dr. Tuttle's for the past ten years. This is key information for improving our health and harmony! Dr. Tuttle is so very inspiring; his humility makes us all better people, as his readers. I love this book and accompanying art & food preparation, etc. from Madeleine Tuttle and amazing resources information. I am giving copies of this valuable, inspiring book to friends and recommending to all. Great wisdom and great gift to us from Dr. Will Tuttle.

    Dr. Tuttle has beautifully distilled profound universal truths, and woven them seamlessly with a lot of new information I have never seen any other author or speaker share. He offers profound spiritual insight as well as practical advice for living in a higher way. I truly believe that one day, this author will be placed in the ranks of Yogananda, Martin Luther King, Jr., even Gandhi. For anyone genuinely wanting peace, health & harmony in their life and in the world, THIS is the book to start with. It is so beautiful in both content and language, I could (and will) read it again and again. It's under 200 pages, and a remarkably easy read, given what depth of content it holds.

    First things first...full disclosure: I am 100% bias in this review because I am fortunate to have a close personal relationship with Dr Will Tuttle and his beautiful wife, Madeleine Tuttle. They are both my beloved mentors and spiritual teachers who have had the biggest impact and influence in my life since 2018 when I met them. I have been following them and living my life in accordance with their teachings, including changing my lifestyle to living full-time in my RV and physically following them on their cross-country speaking tour from California to Florida in 2022. It was during that time and over the last two years that I witnessed the making of Food for Freedom and this book, both being the result of Dr Tuttle's tireless labor of love, with the second to none unconditional love and support from Madeleine. As a vegan acupuncturist and an optimal health coach, I whole-heartedly acknowledge and support the Tuttles' noble vision of sharing through this book their precious pearls of wisdom by which they themselves live their own lives. Having toured with them and visited their beautiful home and the veganic food garden they built in Northern California, I have witnessed first-hand that the Tuttles truly walk their talk and share from their hearts. I got the chance to shadow Dr Tuttle as he practiced his daily morning meditation and exercise routine. I swam with him in the lake behind his home. I hiked with Madeleine around her nature-surrounded neighborhood as she did her exer-striding in the morning. I had the opportunity to partake in nutritious and organic meals that were lovingly-prepared by Madeleine with the fresh veggies and fruits from their garden. I also had the privilege to listen to the ear-titillating and whole-body-soul-invigorating music performed by both Dr Tuttle and Madeleine as they practiced their duets together every evening and morning, with Dr Tuttle on the piano and Madeleine on her flute. Everyone who knows the couple and who had heard them tell their sweet and enchanting stories of their relationship, would know without a doubt that they must have been soulmates in their past-life and their union in this lifetime is divinely-guided. The prolific fruits of the partnership of this dream team are self-evident in their books, this one included, their music albums, paintings, hand-made crafts, and countless inspiring videos on their YouTube channels. This book shares the secrets that made possible all these accomplishments. I recommend this book to all my clients and friends who are inspired to live healthy and fulfilling lives in harmony with all living beings, the way the Tuttles so brilliantly and compassionately exemplify for us in their lives.

    Loved, loved, loved this book. So essential for navigating life and living our purpose in these dystopian and chaotic times. We are here to help awaken humanity and bring peace to our world. This is the 'how to' to accompany 'the why' written about in 'The World Peace Diet' and 'Food For Freedom'. The time is now.
    Will re-read all of these books, they are so important.
